Health Care in Mexico
Mexico is more to us than a focus of travel and exploration. It has become a most welcome resource for health care. Our reasons are simple. We appreciate affordable professional medical care with a personal touch. We like to live within our means. We certainly continue to appreciate and value our U.S. health care providers. We also find that health care, including consultations and examinations with medical specialists, clinical laboratory analysis and so forth, costs us about 30 percent of what we would expect to pay (or be startled to pay) in the U.S. That’s a savings of 70 percent.
